HR and payroll
Payroll from several days to about five seconds
- The trouble
- Payroll for the whole organisation was computed by hand every cutoff. It took several days, and every run was a chance to get someone's pay wrong.
- What we built
- Automated payroll with the tax rules, deductions and adjustments built in, producing the payslips and the government reports by itself.
A payroll run went from several days to about 5 seconds.
