These cover the website. The terms of any work we do for you are agreed separately, in writing, before that work begins.
What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of https://tekhx.com. They are not the terms of an engagement. If we build something for you, that is covered by a written scope and agreement signed by both of us, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
The content on this site
The text, design, code and images here belong to Tekhx unless stated otherwise. Client names and logos are the property of those organisations and appear to identify work we delivered, not to imply any endorsement by them of anything on this site.
You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish it wholesale as your own.
What the work descriptions are, and are not
The systems described under Work are real and were delivered by us. The outcomes quoted are the ones reported to us by the organisations concerned or measured with them at the time. Where a client cannot be named, the page says so rather than inventing one.
None of it is a promise of the same result for you. Every business is different, and anybody who tells you otherwise is selling.
Nothing here is a quote
Descriptions of our services, the phases we work in and the capabilities of our platform are information, not an offer. A price is only a price when it is in a written proposal addressed to you.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and correct, and we do not promise either. It may be unavailable for maintenance, and a page may be out of date between the day something changes and the day we update it.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a client’s system, one of our own products or a sister company, those sites have their own terms and privacy notices and we are not responsible for their content.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from decisions made on the strength of information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes when we do.
