How we work

From the first call to go-live, nothing you have to guess.

Five steps, the same for every system we build. The first one is an hour online, and you will know the price before you decide anything.

A business owner on a video call from his office

About an hour

A discovery call, online

You walk us through how the business runs today: the forms, the spreadsheets, who approves what and where it slows down. We ask until we could do your job for a day.

A planning session at a whiteboard, mapping how a business works

Within days

A written business proposal

Every module priced on its own, what it does in your words, how long it takes and how you would like to pay. Nothing on it you have to decode.

Two parties signing a contract across a table

One visit

We sign, at your office

The one meeting we hold in person. We come to you, sign, and agree the first phase.

An engineer in a server room

1 to 2 months, or 2 to 4 for an enterprise

The build, phase by phase

You see each part working on your own data before the next one starts, and you pay per phase, per module or as it progresses, whichever suits you.

A team laughing together over a laptop on go-live day

The day it switches on

Go-live, and your people trained

Your data is moved in, your team is shown their own screens, and the user manuals are yours to keep, like the data, from the first day.

After go-live

We stay, for as long as it runs.

Within 1 hour

Our first reply when something goes wrong, in business hours.

Hosting and backups

The server, the security certificate and the daily backups, looked after for you.

Adjustments

Changes to how the existing screens work, as the business changes, under the monthly retainer.

Yours to keep

Your data and the manuals from day one. The source code after the two-year term, or at once when the two years are paid upfront.

A new module after go-live is quoted on its own, the same way as the first ones.
