Blueprint: full specification and price
Blueprint is a ready-made construction system sold by Tekhx, a software company in the Philippines. For general contractors: a website that takes estimate requests, and the bids, budgets, purchasing, site stores, daily site reports, progress billings, payroll and books behind every project.
At a glance
- What it is: a complete construction system, already built and running. General contractors building houses, buildings and fit-outs.
- What you get: the full source code of the API, the admin dashboard and the customer website, plus the database.
- Size: 286 screens in the back office, in 16 groups (listed below).
- The chain of work it runs: Bid, then Buy, then Build, then Bill.
- Live demo website: https://blueprint.tekhx.com. Full demo video (15 minutes): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2B0eYsDhkbY.
- Product page and checkout: https://tekhx.com/ready-made/blueprint.
Price
One payment, in Philippine pesos. There is no monthly license fee: the system and its source code are the buyer’s to keep. Our prices are on the page, in full. Most ERP software hides its price behind "request a quote", and a price you can only learn on a sales call is rarely a small one. Ours is right here: no form, no sales call, no surprise later. A launch offer of 30% off is running; the regular price is shown beside each.
- Small to medium (licensed for up to 3 branches and 10 users): ₱140,000 today, regular ₱200,000.
- Large (licensed for up to 7 branches and 50 users): ₱280,000 today, regular ₱400,000.
- Corporate (any number of branches and users, no upper limit): quoted.
Three ways to buy it:
- Source code (in-house it teams): ₱280,000 to pay today, nothing after that. Includes full source code: API, dashboard and website; database, with its schema.
- Ready to use (businesses without an it team): ₱300,000 to pay today, setup included, nothing after that. Includes full source code: API, dashboard and website; database, with its schema; installed by us, on your own web address; sSL and daily backups set up.
- Fully managed (businesses that want it handled): ₱155,000 to pay today, setup included, then ₱9,000 a month for hosting and support. Includes full source code: API, dashboard and website; database, with its schema; installed by us, on your own web address; sSL and daily backups set up; cloud server paid and looked after by us; updates and bug fixes; support when something goes wrong.
The source code you own
- API server: Bun, Fastify, TypeScript.
- Admin dashboard: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
- Customer website: Next.js, React, TypeScript.
- Database: PostgreSQL, with Redis and S3-compatible file storage.
How the source code is delivered
- It is the same code that runs the live demo: every release is built from the system's own repository.
- The delivery is the complete source tree with a docker-compose file (database, Redis, file storage, API, dashboard, website and HTTPS in front), so one command starts it.
- A README covers starting it, the first sign-in, going live on your own address, backups and updating.
- A new release creates its own random passwords and keys; none of ours are in it.
The license: what you may do with it
- You may change the source code however you like.
- You may hire any developer or agency to maintain or extend it; you do not need Tekhx for that.
- You may run it on your own server or office machine. There is no license key and nothing that reports back to Tekhx, so it keeps working if Tekhx ever closes.
- You may use it commercially for your own business, within the branches and users of the size you bought.
- You may not resell or redistribute the source code, alone or as part of another product.
Compared with the usual software vendor
- The price: the usual vendor: Hidden behind "request a quote". You find out on a sales call. Tekhx: On the page, in full, before you talk to anyone.
- The source code: the usual vendor: Stays with the vendor. You get a login, never the code. Tekhx: Handed to you in full: API, dashboard, website and database.
- What you pay: the usual vendor: A fee every month, often per user, for as long as you use it. Tekhx: Once. No monthly or per-user license fee.
- If you stop paying: the usual vendor: Access ends. At best you leave with an export of your data. Tekhx: Nothing stops. It runs on your own server.
- Changing it: the usual vendor: Only the vendor can, at their price and on their schedule. Tekhx: Any developer you choose can, or we can.
- If the vendor closes: the usual vendor: The system can go with them. Tekhx: Nothing changes. There is no license key and nothing reports back to us.
Running costs after you buy
- No license fee, ever: not monthly, not yearly, not per user.
- Run it yourself (Source code or Ready to use): nothing is paid to Tekhx after the purchase. Your server, domain name and email sending are paid to those providers directly, at their prices.
- Run by us (Fully managed): the one monthly fee shown under Price covers the cloud server, domain, monitoring, updates and support.
- Changes or new features after delivery are quoted per request, by Tekhx or by any developer you choose.
Security and data privacy
- Every person signs in with their own account, and roles decide which screens and records each one sees.
- An audit trail records who changed what and when, on every record.
- Two-factor login and a password policy (minimum length, lockout after failed attempts) are built in.
- The database is backed up daily in the packages we install; a backup is a standard PostgreSQL dump that restores with PostgreSQL's own tools.
- Each buyer gets their own database, on their own server or their package's cloud server, never shared with other buyers.
- Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, these controls cover access, accountability and backup. Your privacy notice, consent and NPC registration, where required, stay your business's own duty.
Try it before you buy
The live demo at https://blueprint.tekhx.com is the real system with sample data. Walk its chain of work end to end (Bid, then Buy, then Build, then Bill), ask for sign-ins to several roles to see what each one is refused, and print its documents. A free online meeting walks through any workflow you want to see before paying: https://tekhx.com/contact#book.
